Scrub & Smooth & fight cellulite with coffee !

Women pay so much money (including me) to have that softening scrub to have a baby like skin! But while i was researching the beauty benefits of coffee i discovered that coffee does not only exfoliate and smoothes the skin but it also diminishes the appearance of cellulite…. who wouldn’t want that 😉

Recently i have bombarded with a lot of  advertisements regarding coffee scrubs, and trust they aren’t cheap ! so why pay money for something you can easily prepare at home ! at least then, you are sure that no chemicals are added to what you’re putting on you body!

if you want you skin to be baby like you have to treat it like a baby <3

-1/2 cup coffee grounds (either grind the coffee fresh or use pre-used grounds like I do)

-1/2 cup sugar (any sugar will do, but I would recommend something more finely ground, like brown sugar, if you have sensitive skin)

-1/4 cup oil (I personally used coconut oil or recommend olive oil)

– Small jar or container with lid to store your scrub in once it’s finished

Coffee has been used for centuries as a natural cellulite fighting and skin firming ingredient. The caffeine enhances fat metabolism, and when it’s applied topically, it can absorb and remove liquid fat from your skin, which decreases the appearance of cellulite.

Coconut oil is a fantastic natural moisturizing lotion. It is anti-aging, acne fighting and will not clog your pores. Together, the coconut oil, coffee grinds and sugar make an amazing all-natural firming and skin softening scrub.

I am A 23 years old coffee addict who’s passionate about every sip of her cup of coffee. I live in Dubai, so I hope I’ll be a good guide for those who are seeking to taste a good cup of coffee in town. My coffee addiction started since I was in grade 9, but before that i have always stolen some sips of my parent’s cups of coffee, GUILTY! I studied Food Science and Management at the American University of Beirut! and my seminar (graduation presentation) was about coffee and weight loss. One of my future plans that are related to coffee is taking some courses online to enrich my knowledge in this domain, and hopefully benefit you in return. Then i will be attending a workshop here in Dubai to get a closer look at coffee brewing, tasting, and buying pathways.
